2. Orders & Payments

   • Orders will only be confirmed after advance payment.

   • Advance payments are non-refundable.

3. Delivery & Pickup

   • Delivery or pickup timelines depend on product availability and design time.

   • Courier/shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

4. Exchange & Return Policy

   • No returns or refunds on customized/made-to-order dresses.

   • Defective or damaged products (if caused by us) must be reported within 48 hours for an exchange.

5. Fitting & Alteration

   • One-time alteration is complimentary on standard size orders.

   • Extra alteration charges may apply for customized orders.

6. Usage & Care

   • Dry-cleaning is recommended for all dresses.

   • Please follow the care instructions to ensure the long life of the garment.

   • Pairahan Boutique reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
